Sales Manager Italy | Milan Area | Interesting PackageWe are looking for the Sales Manager who will be responsible for the Company's sales in the market. You will manages an existing client portfolio and have the task to further develop current client base and create new prospects. Your aim will be to exceed yearly budget target and maximize profitability and will be directly involved throughout the entire sales process, from business development to project management, from relationship management to sales review.Key responsibilities:Defines, controls and monitors the sales budgetManages sales relation with existing and prospective clientsDrives sales and profitability growth across the product portfolioDefines and negotiates key client commercials (prices, volumes, contract, payment terms, lead times, services, etc.)Manages and monitors project implementationIdentifies and pursues incremental business opportunitiesPrepares and oversees offers / quotationsActs as first point of contact and trouble-shooter with clientsEnsures overall client satisfaction, involving other company functions as requiredEnsures completeness of information is received from client for correct order generation and pre-sales activitiesPeriodically and timely reports on sales activities and resultsImplements and declines the commercial strategy in her/his areaPrepares and delivers client presentationsIntroduces and promotes new products and servicesHandles quality and service topics with clientParticipates at selected trade shows and eventsMonitors and reports on local market trends and competitive environmentWhat We Are Looking For:B2B sales of technical productsCommercial attitudeNegotiation skillsAnalytical skillsTechnical backgroundMS Office Pack: Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelFluent in English; secondo language is a plus
