HR Development Specialist | fixed-term contract Apply NowBulgari, within itsCorporate HR Department based in Rome, is looking for an HR Development Specialist who will champion the company's efforts in sustaining a performance-driven culture.He/She will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to identify needs that foster the development of talent in Bulgari.He/She will monitor processes and tools including performance management, talent assessment & development programs, leadership & soft skills learning programs, engagement & wellbeing projects.Main Accountabilities:Support in designing and managing leadership and talent development programsRun assessment/development centers such as: web assessment, role playing, tests & questionnaires, interviews, leadership, and individual development programsManage 360 feedback processManage, consolidate and analyze exit interviews & surveysPerform career interviewsEnsure data coverage and data quality of the talent management systemDevelop audits to identify training needs and targeted training programsRun the Bulgari Learning offer (soft, behavioral and leadership trainings)Schedule and organize training events and sessions (date, place, equipment, catering, invitations, materials, etc.).Guarantee effective and efficient classroom tutoring and collect trainees' feedback.Closely monitor Talent/Development KPI's progress (statistical analysis)Internal survey design, implementation & analysisConstruction, monitoring and budget controllingQualifications / Professional Capabilities:2-3 years' experience in a similar roleMaster's degreeAssessment method skillsCoaching and counselling skillsEvaluations tools and methodologies (Certification to submit personality tests)Analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel)Fluency in Italian and EnglishPersonal Competencies:Project management methods and techniquesFlexibility & change agilityInnovationProactivityFocused on quality and improvement orientationAttention to detailsCommunicationEmpathy & social intelligenceTeamworkResilience#J-*****-Ljbffr
