Randstad Professional's Sales & Marketing division, specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management, for a major company in the Luxury Hospitality industry is seeking a:Sales Manager Leisure UK EMEA The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and consolidating business opportunities in international leisure markets: Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall revenue targets of the property.Develop and manage a client portfolio in the UK and EMEA markets, as well as the Entertainment segment, with a focus on luxury leisure agencies, tour operators, consortia, and production companies.Manage relationships with VIPs, celebrities, and clients from the entertainment world, ensuring maximum confidentiality and a highly personalized service.Collaborate with the PR and Marketing departments to develop activities with special interest groups and to manage partnerships with embassies and institutions.Organize and coordinate FAM trips, site inspections, and dedicated client events to promote the property and increase business opportunities.Continuously monitor competitors and market trends, identifying new opportunities for positioning and growth.Prepare forecasts, account development plans, and periodic reports to support the sales strategy.Requirements and Skills: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within LUXURY HOTELS (5-star) or international hotel chains.Solid knowledge of the international leisure market and the entertainment/lifestyle segment.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and strong attention to detail.Fluent in English; knowledge of a second European language will be considered a plus.Discretion, confidentiality, and a "high-touch" approach to client service.Work Location: Rome
