In the Moulded Glass business unit we are looking for you as a Sales Manager Italy (m / f / d) to strengthen our Food & Beverage team.Do you have initial professional experience in sales ideally in the packaging industry and would you like to develop your technical and strategic skills?Then we look forward to getting to know you.Your tasks will include :Supporting and developing existing (inter)national customers and targeting potential new customers in the food and beverage industrySolution-oriented cooperation with B2B customers from preparing quotations and contracts to processing orders on timeEstablishing and maintaining long-term reliable customer relationships through personal contact and expert adviceParticipating in the development of new products and clarifying technical and quality requirementsSupport in strategic and operational sales planning and in the implementation of sales and budget targetsClose cooperation with internal and external interfaces such as technology production logistics and qualityQualifications :Completed degree in economics engineering or comparable trainingInitial experience in sales key account management or (new) business development (B2B) in the field of primary packaging and / or the food or beverage industryInitial touchpoints with the Italian food orbeverage marketTechnical understanding and interest in sustainable packaging solutionsInitiative openness to new approaches and a keen sense of market trendsStrong communication skills confident manner and customer-oriented thinkingVery good Italian and English skillsProficient in MS Office; SAP skills are an advantageWillingness to travelAdditional Information :Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processesA collegial working environment and an international corporate cultureGroup accident insuranceCompany health management and a company pension schemeInternal and external training opportunitiesCompany bicycle leasingDiscounts at partner companiesAnnual company eventsRemote Work: YesEmployment Type: Full-time#J-*****-Ljbffr
