Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.SHG operates over 81 venues in 25 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and brand-oriented Members Relations Manager in Madison House Milan, right in the heart of Milan.Main responsibilitiesLead prospecting, outreach and lead generation initiatives during the pre-opening phase to build a strong pipeline of prospective members.Conduct private tours, presentations and personalized meetings with potential members, effectively communicating the club's value proposition and exclusivity.Oversee and manage the full membership onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, consistent and premium experience at every stage.Monitor, grow and nurture the membership base through targeted engagement, retention and loyalty strategies.Develop and facilitate networking, collaboration and community-building opportunities among members.Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to strengthen the club's positioning, visibility and appeal to target audiences.Track, analyze and report on membership KPIs and performance metrics, proposing data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth.QualificationsSolid experience in hospitality, members clubs or luxury lifestyle environments.Sociable personality with ability to relate to a diverse and international clientele.Proven team management and leadership skills.Professional, discreet and excellent communication skills.Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and proactive approach.Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Discounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.Career Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.Elevate your career with tailored growth opportunities that align with your ambitions.You can learn more about our company: &
