Clinical Specialist (Biosurgery & Infection Prevention) Join to apply for the Clinical Specialist (Biosurgery & Infection Prevention) role at BDJob Description SummaryThe Clinical Specialist provides comprehensive clinical and technical support to the sales team and customers across Italy for BIP solutions.Duties include training, operating-room activities, product demonstrations, developing reference centers, facilitating workshops, supporting clinical trials, and contributing to business growth through education and relationship building with healthcare professionals.Extensive travel throughout Italy is required.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide training, technical and clinical support to the sales team and to customers, and develop a deep understanding of BIP solutions and their indications.Establish and reinforce a company culture defined by commitment to customers, quality, performance, results, collaboration, and accountability.Support customers through clinical activities and education within a defined geographic area (Italy), including product in-servicing, case coverage, troubleshooting, and administrative duties.Promote growth of the BIP product line through specialized clinical sessions, training programs, and evidence-generation programs.Facilitate Infection Prevention and Biosurgery workshops, clinical on-site support, and peer review.Engage in extensive field support of the sales organization, including operating-room activities during all phases of the selling cycle.Pre-evaluation training and demonstration of products; intra-evaluation technical and clinical support; post-purchase training to drive acceptance and utilization.Develop and launch formal value-add clinician training; support reference centers and HCP networks;
