seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our cross-functional Insights team.This is a collaborative high-impact team of 10 engineers and a key part of our broader 30-person software engineering organization.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based backend services and APIsCollaborate with front-end engineers, data teams, and infrastructure to deliver full-feature solutionsEnsure reliability, performance, and scalability of production systemsIntegrate with internal and customer-facing systems using secure, robust practicesDeploy services to both cloud and on-site environmentsParticipate in the full Agile development lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenanceContribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tooling, and architectureQualificationsB.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced development environmentExtensive experience designing, building, testing, deploying and maintaining cloud-based software services and APIsSignificant expertise in Python is required, with additional experience in languages such as Go or C++ considered a plusStrong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standardsExperience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or AzureExperience with databases such as Postgres or MySQLExperience building message-driven applications with tools such as Kafka and SQSSolid understanding of Agile workflows and principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teamsWillingness to participate in on-call rotations for critical issue responseEligibility for US security clearancePreferred qualificationsExperience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes, including
