Social network you want to login/join with:About LONGi Solar LONGi Solar is one of the world's largest solar technology companies, ranking first in global module shipments since ****.With more than 60,000 employees, 30+ locations, and 30 manufacturing sites globally, LONGi has broken the photovoltaic (PV) cell conversion efficiency record 16 times in a row since ****.LONGi is the first Chinese solar manufacturer to join the three distinguished climate initiatives RE100, EP100, and EV100.Responsibilities: Engage with prospective clients regularly to understand their needs, including technical specifications and financial considerations.Gather and share market intelligence to inform and refine sales strategies.Maintain accurate account forecasts and ensure CRM and other databases are up to date.Collaborate with the strategic account leadership team to develop and implement strategies to position LONGi's products and brand as top choices in the residential sector.Plan and participate in client events, address customer requests, and conduct on-site visits to assess installations and strengthen client relationships.Highlight the unique features and strengths of our products to meet customer needs and foster long-term partnerships.Propose innovative, tailored solutions to meet evolving client requirements and nurture enduring relationships.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.Experience managing complex contractual negotiations within the PV sector involving multiple stakeholders.Proven ability in value-based selling and developing comprehensive account strategies.Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of effective teamwork and collaboration.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.What We Offer: A challenging role in a leading photovoltaic company.Opportunity to work with a global team with an international vision.Potential for career growth within our rapidly expanding organization.Supportive, talented, and driven colleagues.#J-*****-Ljbffr
