Capco is going through a significant growth journey, now is a very good time to join us as we expand our consulting team in Italy.Role DescriptionWe are seeking aTechnical Lead, who will be responsible for overseeing technical teams, ensuring smooth operations, and driving successful project outcomes.Our Technical Lead WillUnderstand project needs, plan and design the structure of technology solutions. You'll define work schedules for the team, assign tasks and set goals.Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards.Monitor systems to ensure they fulfill both user needs and business goals.Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.Oversee assigned programs, including conducting code reviews.Assist in solving technical issues as they arise.Ensure the implementation of agreed-upon architecture and infrastructure.Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions.Stay informed about industry trends and developments.Skills And ExperienceTo qualify for the role, you must have:At least 8 years of experience as Technical Lead or IT Architect.Hands-on experience with software development and system administration.Understanding of strategic IT solutions.Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA).Knowledge of JavaScript and Java.Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, as well as vector database.Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure).Excellent communication skills.Good knowledge of English language.Problem-solving aptitude.Organizational and leadership skills.Why join Capco?You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.We OfferA work culture focused on innovation and building lasting value for our clients and employeesOngoing learning opportunities to help you acquire new skills or deepen existing expertiseA flat, non-hierarchical structure that will enable you to work with senior partners and directly with clientsA diverse, inclusive, meritocratic cultureLocation:Piazza Gae Aulenti 1, Milano (Garibaldi FS/MM Garibaldi)
