Role Description:

We are seeking a Technical Lead, who will be responsible for overseeing technical teams, ensuring smooth operations, and driving successful project outcomes.

Our Technical Lead will:

  • Understand project needs, plan and design the structure of technology solutions. You'll define work schedules for the team, assign tasks and set goals.
  • Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards.
  • Monitor systems to ensure they fulfill both user needs and business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Oversee assigned programs, including conducting code reviews.
  • Assist in solving technical issues as they arise.
  • Ensure the implementation of agreed-upon architecture and infrastructure.
  • Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • At least 8 years of experience as Technical Lead or IT Architect.
  • Hands-on experience with software development and system administration.
  • Understanding of strategic IT solutions.
  • Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and Java.
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, as well as vector database.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
