About usWe're building aglobal decentralized hotel, powered by AI agents.In just two years, we've raised €7M across two funding roundsand scaled from 0 to over 500 roomsunder management in 4 countries.Today, with a presence in more than 100 tourist destinations, we're the fastest-growing traveltech startup in Europe and we're aiming to launch the Hotiday Room Collection in every major destination worldwide within thenext 3 years.Want to join us?What you'll doAnalyze historical occupancy patterns, booking-window trends, and customer behavior to builddynamic, data-driven pricing and trading strategies.Developdemand forecasts and production targetsfor newly acquired room allotments, ensuring each contract reaches its expected revenue contribution throughout the year.Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, pickup, sell-through, margin) tomaximize room yield and trading performanceacross the portfolio.Continuously improve our RMS platform by contributing insights, validating new features, and ensuring the system supportshigh-frequency pricing and inventory trading decisions.We're a great mach if youHave strong Excel skills and feel fully comfortable working with numbers, models, and datasets.Bring excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a genuine passion forpricing, forecasting, and market optimization.Speak and write English fluently, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international, data-driven environment.How we workWe look for people who want to carve new roads.We valuespeed over perfection, getting things done over polishing.We need tothrive in chaos.We have to discover how to get something done, do it, make it better, reiterate.Fast.Wewalk the extra mile.All the time.We finish that task or we get crazy, we think of new solutions under the shower.??What we offerTarget compensation package (OTE) up to €****** per year (base salary + performance bonus).Fixed gross annual salary (RAL) between €35 and €45k depending on experience.Free stays at our partner hotels.How the selection will workYou will interview with our Revenue LeadYou will do a task evaluated by our internal teamYou will have a final interview with CEO/FounderWorkplace: Milano, Viale Cassala 30 (C30), with flexibility to work remotely.
