Location and Application DeadlineLocation:Center-South of Italy |Assigned Territory:Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Lazio, Molise, Campania, Basilicata, Calabria, Puglia and Sicilia.Deadline for Applications:February 8th, ****About The RoleAs a pivotal member of the New Cardiology division, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a critical leadership role in accelerating commercial success across the assigned region.Reporting to the Business Unit Manager of Cardiology Business, you will lead a team of Account Managers (AMs), Clinical Sales Representatives (CSRs), agents and distributors to achieve franchise-specific targets, elevate customer partnerships, and drive impactful regional strategies.This role blends high-performance team development, market expansion, and execution of complex go-to-market initiatives tailored to local dynamics.The appointed Regional Sales Manager will lead the area of Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Lazio, Molise, Campania, Basilicata, Calabria, Apulia and Sicily.Your ResponsibilitiesSales strategy & execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals and the broader Coronary Therapy franchise vision.Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.Identify local opportunities to expand the New Cardio portfolio's reach and optimize sales force impact.Collaborate with Marketing to execute impactful campaigns, reinforce New Cardio value propositions, and support product launches.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and inspire the regional Coronary Therapy sales team (AMs and CSRs), ensuring clear role accountability and high performance.Provide consistent field support through coaching, development plans, and performance management.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.Strategic CollaborationPartner with the broader New Cardio field and national teams to align strategies and maximize cross-franchise synergies.Support Key Account Management (KAM) efforts with strategic customers, ensuring unified messaging and execution.Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Healthcare Solutions) to shape and deliver integrated customer solutions.Market & Business InsightMonitor regional trends, competitive activity, and evolving customer needs to inform strategic decisions.Deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders to shape future programs and investments.Ensure the team maintains up-to-date knowledge of Coronary therapies, procedures, and reimbursement dynamics.Customer Engagement & PartnershipsBuild and sustain meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical stakeholders, and procurement influencers.Champion the development of customized value-based and bundled solutions tailored to customer needs.Represent Boston Scientific in key negotiations and educational events to deepen market presence.Sales Operations & CRM UtilizationEnsure full adoption of Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.Leverage CRM data to optimize resource deployment and performance monitoring.Quality & CompliancePromote a strong culture of quality, ethics, and regulatory compliance across all activities.Ensure all field interactions meet Boston Scientific's corporate integrity and compliance standards.Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years\' experience in a sales management role, ideally within the healthcare or MedTech industry.Fluency in Italian and English.Proven track record in leading high-performance teams in a matrixed and fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the field of Cardiology, Vascular or Rhythm Management.Deep understanding of capital equipment and consumable sales models.Familiarity with the hospital procurement landscape and reimbursement frameworks.What We OfferPermanent working contract with attractive benefits.Work-life balance supported through flexible work models.A collaborative and international working environment.Inspirational colleagues and purpose-driven culture.A company committed to your personal and professional development.A strategic leadership role within one of our most innovative and fast-growing business units.EEO Statement:We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.We do not and will not make any personnel decisions based on age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
