position in which you contribute to the expansion of Medtronic's portfolio in the area of Coronary and Renal Denervation.The CRDN sales rep is requested to continue to develop sales with a deep technical and sales preparation to develop customized product & service solutions based on customer needs.We are searching for a Sales Representative Italy based, working with the responsibility of the territory of Lazio.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales budgetDevelop and maintain accurate account and territory recordsEnsure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time managementDevelop and act on plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategiesControl expenses and adhere to company policies and proceduresIdentify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff, administrative staff, etc.Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customersProbe to understand and confirm customer's needs, handle objections and gain commitmentMaintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunitiesRepresent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads, and pursue opportunities to promote the company's product rangeDevelop and implement strategies to counter competitorsRespond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective mannerEducate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectivelyMaintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company imageDevelop and maintain productive working relationships within company to ensure maximum sales support and maintain a high level of customer serviceContribute to the development of a strong team effortCommunicate market intelligence/competitor activity promptly, including potential sales leads, and information regarding product price or account activity to Regional Manager and other appropriate company personnelEnsure a professional standard of written and verbal communicationDevelop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledgeRecognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company's productsParticipate in product and skills development programs, managing own self development.Required Knowledge and ExperienceCompleted training or studies in business, engineering or medical fieldsRelevant experience in Field Sales role for pharma or medical device company in territory of Lazio.Knowledge from the healthcare system industry and legislationCompetencies & SkillsFriendly and open as well as a high level of willingness to provide service and a high level of commitment and motivationSolution orientedIndependent way of workingExcellent ability to work in a teamGood knowledge of spoken and written EnglishGood IT skillsWillingness to travel more than 50% of the time and a driver's license availableExperience with a
