Business Development Manager, up to €60,000, car/car allowance + 15% revenue based bonusLocation: Italy/Western EuropeWe are seeking a self-motivated, commercially minded and results-drivenBusiness Development Managerto drive growth acrossItaly, Spain and Western Europe.This is a pivotal, high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth.You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term relationships and act as a trusted expert in printing solutions.The ideal candidate has experience selling within the electronics / technology solutions across large territories in a matrix, corporate environment.As Business Development Manager you will:Represent the brand in a professional, proactive and ethical manner, aligned with core valuesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFP responses and contract negotiationsDeliver revenue and growth targets aligned with annual business objectivesDevelop and execute your own territory strategy and business planIdentify, onboard and manage new distributors, VARs, resellers and key customersDrive strategic sales opportunities and expand market share within the territoryMonitor and analyse sales performance, taking corrective action where requiredConduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to refine sales approachPromote products and solutions through presentations, demonstrations and customer engagementsExperience required as a Business Development Manager:Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the printing industryStrong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate effectively beyond priceExcellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skillsComfortable working independently while consistently achieving targetsExperience working with integrators, resellers or channel partnersStrong objection-handling and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel extensively across the territory, including overnight and international travelPersonal attributes required as Business Development Manager:Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer profitabilityEthical, customer-focused and relationship-orientedConfident negotiator who can find win-win outcomesAdaptable, resilient and energised by challengeStrong presentation and influencing skills in both one-to-one and group settingIf you are interested in this Business Development Manager position, apply today and a member of Sectora Group will be in touch.
