Salesforce – Service Cloud & Commerce Cloud | NapoliPer prestigioso cliente finale cerchiamo un Salesforce experts con esperienza su Service Cloud e Commerce Cloud per supportare iniziative digitali e l'evoluzione delle piattaforme CRM ed eCommerce.ResponsabilitàService Cloud & Commerce CloudImplementazione, ottimizzazione e gestione quotidiana delle piattaforme.Collaborazione con l'IT Coordinator su iniziative strategiche.Team CoordinationSupporto e coordinamento di developer e admin Salesforce.Integrazione delle soluzioni con l'infrastruttura IT e gestione di attività di troubleshooting.Project ManagementGuida di progetti end-to-end, raccolta requisiti e traduzione in specifiche tecniche.Contributo alla roadmap evolutiva dei sistemi.Operational ExcellenceMonitoraggio performance, scalabilità e integrazioni con CRM, eCommerce e customer tools.Definizione di KPI e reportistica.Stakeholder ManagementPunto di riferimento per team interni, vendor e partner.Aggiornamenti costanti a stakeholder tecnici e non tecnici.RequisitiLaurea in Informatica/Ingegneria o affini; certificazioni Salesforce preferenziali.5+ anni di esperienza Salesforce, di cui 2 su Service Cloud/Commerce Cloud.Competenze in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, API e cloud integration.Capacità di leadership, gestione progetti e problem-solving.Plus: esperienza in contesti globali, Agile, Marketing Cloud.Conoscenza architetture MVVM/MVC, utilizzo Jira, mindset collaborativo.Plus: Firebase, TypeScript/JavaScript, GraphQL, CMS.Nice to have Attività Mobile – iOSCandidati ora : inviaci il tuo CV o profilo LinkedIn
