Aftermarket Sales Manager – MediterraneanLocationFlexible within Mediterranean Countries (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal) ideally near a major international airportPlease submit your CV in English as part of your application.About UsIngersoll Rand is a global leader in mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions.Our trusted brands – including Ingersoll Rand, CompAir, Gardner Denver, and Champion – deliver innovative compressed air technologies and aftermarket services through a strong and growing distribution network across Europe.Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-onAftermarket Sales Managerto support and develop our distributors across the Mediterranean countries.The focus of this role is on increasing sales, process excellence, and operational support in all Aftermarket-related areas — service, spare parts, warranty, and recurring revenue programs.ResponsibilitiesSupport and train distributors on all Aftermarket-related process topics (stock orders, service revenue, warranty, contracts, digital tools)Deliver regular training sessions on our aftermarket IT portals (Service Portals, Tavant, IConn) and Aftermarket processes behind those toolsPromote and implement Recurring Revenue Program (service contracts, extended warranty, consumables).Explain and drive the initiativesEnsure correct and consistent application of warranty terms and procedures.Monitor as a team with the Distribution Managers the distributor performance, identify growth opportunities, and support sales initiatives in AftermarketCircle back feedback with internal teams (Service, Pricing, Logistics, Product Management) to resolve issues and improve processesCreate promotions and incentives to drive volume and profitability within the aftermarket business.Moderate travel within the Mediterranean region (by air and car).Expected at around 2 weeks per month on average.Basic QualificationsTechnical or commercial backgroundStrong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in English (required); French, Italian and Spanish are a plusLocated close to an international airport for travel within the region.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.Travel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsHybrid working model with moderate travel across the countries being covered.Key CompetenciesDistributor EnablementCustomer Focus & Relationship ManagementAnalytical Thinking & Problem SolvingCommercial Awareness & Sales SupportWhat we OfferA dynamic, international working environment with a high degree of autonomyAttractive compensation package including car and share optionsStrong focus on employee development and cross-functional collaborationThe opportunity to shape the Aftermarket success in a key European region#J-*****-Ljbffr
