Our client company is a solid multinational that holds a leadership position in the automotive industry.With more than ten thousand employees, it stands out for its constant global growth and its quick response to market demands.To strengthen its organization, we are looking for the:Place of work:Lombardy (Italy)The RoleThe Aftermarket Product Innovation Manager is a leadership role focused on driving new product development and innovation strategies.Reporting to the Aftermarket Marketing VP and functionally to the Innovation VP, the person is involved in the definition of the product vision of the future that anticipates the market needs and requests, conducting market research, understanding the regulations of today and tomorrow and developing roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.This is a key role in fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision and Strategy:Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and innovative products at global level.Market Research and Analysis:Conducting thorough market research, competitive analysis, and regulations to identify opportunities for innovation at global level.Product Development:Managing the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to prototyping, testing, and launch.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working with all different GBU's (Moto, Discs, System and Performance) on top of R&D, Marketing and Sales as well as the most innovative suppliers to build a strong connection to share opportunities and a strong product pipeline.Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Tracking product performance, gathering feedback, and using data to inform future product decisions.Fostering a culture of innovation:Encouraging creativity and promoting a growth mindset within the organization.RequirementsTechnical Engineering backgroundCreative mindset, in order to be able to dream what's going to be the product /solution needs of the futureExtensive experience in product management and innovation (min 10 years) preferably gained into automotive industryProven ability to develop and execute product strategiesDeep understanding of market trends, regulations and customer needsProficiency in project managementStrong leadership in managing and driving cross-functional collaborationAbility to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsExperience in fostering a culture of innovationSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct Management and MarketingIndustriesMotor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing, Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, and Wholesale Motor Vehicles and Parts#J-*****-Ljbffr
