Rhiag Group, parte di LKQ Corporation (Nasdaq: LKQ), società Fortune 500, è un gruppo internazionale tra i leader in Europa nella distribuzione e vendita di parti di ricambio per auto e veicoli industriali, nel segmento dell'aftermarket indipendente.Rhiag Group Italia ricerca un/aProduct ManagerLa risorsa entrerà a far parte del Procurement e, riferendo al Category Manager, si occuperà di gestire, per il perimetro di competenza, le seguenti attività:- Gestire la categoria assegnata in termini di crescita, marginalità e disponibilità, con una chiara comprensione del mercato regionale e delle esigenze dei canali- Collaborare con gli stakeholder per definire gli indicatori chiave di performance (KPI) della categoria, come pianificazione della domanda, pricing e marketing di prodotto- Coordinare il lancio di nuovi prodotti e il phase-out di quelli esistenti, in collaborazione con supply chain, vendite e marketing- Implementare la strategia di armonizzazione del brand LKQ Europe per le categorie assegnate, aumentando la notorietà del marchio Emotive e del relativo portafoglio prodotti- Analizzare i requisiti tecnici dei prodotti, fornendo insight strategici sul rapporto prestazioni/costo- Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team operativo di category management per ottenere una visione completa dei dati di categoria, al fine di supportare un'esecuzione ottimale della strategiaRequisiti:- Laurea in Economia/Ingegneria gestionale- 2 anni di esperienza nel product/category management o in un ruolo affine, preferibilmente nel settore aftermarket automotive- Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di categorie di prodotto, nella crescita delle vendite e nell'ottimizzazione della marginalità- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con attitudine alla gestione di stakeholder eterogenei- Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento in contesti dinamici e organizzazioni complesse- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli, con abilità nella gestione di più priorità contemporaneamente- Capacità di tradurre i requisiti tecnici del prodotto in azioni concrete- Esperienza nel coordinamento del lancio di nuovi prodotti e nella gestione del fine ciclo vita- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlataIl presente annuncio è rivolto a entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi ****** e ******, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei Decreti Legislativi ****** e ******
