Borgo Lifestyle Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a strong international presence in the luxury lifestyle industry.Based in Florence, the Borgo Lifestyle Group is a collection of luxury lifestyle companies which includes Borgo Santo Pietro, a 5-star luxury boutique hotel that includes two restaurants, Borgo Santo Pietro Saporium and Trattoria sull'Albero, and a holistic Spa; Yacht Satori, a custom yacht with the shape of a traditional schooner but all the amenities of a world-class racing yacht; Seed to Skin Tuscany, luxury skincare line known for Green Molecular Science products and spa-focused approach that can be found in the top spas and retailers worldwide.We are seeking a creative and forward-thinkingPR Managerwho lives and breathes style, culture, and storytelling.With an instinct for brand image and a passion for the worlds of lifestyle and luxury, this person will bring our brand voice to life across press, digital, and experiential channels — crafting stories that inspire and connect.You will play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen and felt — from media coverage and collaborations to events and campaigns that spark engagement and emotion.Support the development and execution of compelling PR strategies that strengthen brand awareness and desirability.Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners to secure meaningful, on-brand coverage.Elevate the Brand Experience:Coordinate product launches, brand activations, and special events that bring our brand universe to life.Collaborate & Create:Work closely with the creative and digital teams to ensure every touchpoint — from social media to press releases — reflects a cohesive and inspiring identity.Manage the day-to-day rollout of campaigns and content, ensuring they deliver both creative excellence and measurable results.Monitor & Measure:Track campaign performance and media results, translating data into insights for continuous growth.Partner with the Best:Liaise with agencies, partners, and collaborators to ensure every initiative meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.A storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of luxury and lifestyle culture.~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.~3 years of experience in PR and/or marketing, ideally within the luxury, or hospitality sectors.~ Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.~ A natural networker with a strong media sense and creative intuition.~ Confident managing projects, timelines, and relationships with elegance and precision.~ Digitally fluent — familiar with social media strategy, CMS platforms, web analytics, and digital storytelling.~
