Join our team as " Product / Application Manager-Refrigeration Food Retail " from our headquarters' offices in Padova, IT.and remotely from home.We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.CAREL is an innovative global high-tech company, leader in the evolution of control technology and humidification for air conditioning and refrigeration, listed at the Italian stock exchange.To foster our continuous growth, we're strengthening our organization by looking at smart professionals willing to join the team as contributors to company mission and goals.S / he hierarchically reports to the Group Solution Marketing Manager Food Retail.Marketing Unit Food Retail is a team dedicated to identifying, defining, launching and promoting solutions to cope with customers' needs.Solutions are made of a variety of electronic and mechanical elements, as well as software applications and are meant to control the refrigeration part of Food Retail shops, which includes refrigerated display cabinets, condensing units compressor racks and other subsystems .MAIN GOALFor our Solution Marketing department we are looking for a Group Application Manager for the Food Retail vertical.She / He will lead the growth of the assigned applications from a global perspective.Within the role, s / he :Master a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, technological market trends and regulations frameworkDevelope the current marketing segmentationDevelope a successful product and solution offer according to market segment value propositionListening to customer voice analyzing customer feedback to improve the product offerEvaluate the development of new products / solutions exploring customer requirements, defining value proposition, building Business Plans, orchestrating price positioning, launch activities and promotionEvaluate new potential market niches , close to the assigned applicationsDrive effective internal and external communicationCollaborate with Marketing Communication department defining communication plans , launch promotions , commercial materials , marketing campaigns , events and exhibitionsEvaluating and executing promotional initiatives with Regional MarketingPresenting the products portfolio to the Regional Marketing, with dedicated events, trainings or supporting customer visitsCollaborate with other departments like product platforms, R&D, services and manufacturing to ensure a successful product deploymentUniversity degree in EngineeringExperience in REF equipment, electronics and / or thermodynamic (is a plus)Experience in B2B market with international exposure (is a plus)Strong written / oral communication, especially in communicating customer needsAbility to organize work by priority, define plans and monitor independently under concurrent deadlinesSkilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating between sales and technical teamsAvailability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time)Share the values of Carel Culture Code#J-*****-Ljbffr
