We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.CAREL is an innovative global high-tech company, leader in the evolution of control technology and humidification for air conditioning and refrigeration, listed at the Italian stock exchange.To foster our continuous growth, we're strengthening our organization by looking at smart professionals willing to join the team as contributors to company mission and goals.S/he hierarchically reports to theGroup Solution Marketing Manager Food Retail.Marketing Unit Food Retail is a team dedicated to identifying, defining, launching and promoting solutions to cope with customers' needs.Solutions are made of a variety of electronic and mechanical elements, as well as software applications and are meant to control the refrigeration part of Food Retail shops, which includes refrigerated display cabinets, condensing units compressor racks and other subsystems.MAIN GOALFor our Solution Marketing department we are looking for a Group Application Manager for the Food Retail vertical. She/He will lead the growth of the assigned applications from a global perspective.Within the role, s/he:·Master a deepknowledgeof thecompetitive landscape,technological market trends and regulations framework·Develope the currentmarketingsegmentation·Developea successfulproduct and solution offer according to market segment value proposition·Listening tocustomer voiceanalyzingcustomer feedbackto improve the product offer·Evaluate the development of new products/solutionsexploring customer requirements, defining value proposition, building Business Plans, orchestrating price positioning, launch activities and promotion·Evaluatenew potential market niches, close to the assigned applications·Drive effective internal and external communication·Collaborate with Marketing Communication department definingcommunication plans, launchpromotions,commercial materials,marketingcampaigns, events andexhibitions·Evaluating and executingpromotional initiativeswith Regional Marketing·Presenting the products portfolio to the Regional Marketing, with dedicated events,trainingsor supporting customer visits·Collaboratewithother departmentslike product platforms, R&D, services and manufacturing to ensure a successfulproduct deploymentUniversity degree in EngineeringExperience in REF equipment, electronics and/or thermodynamic (is a plus)Experience in B2B market with international exposure (is a plus)Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needsAbility to organize work by priority, define plans and monitor independently under concurrent deadlinesSkilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating between sales and technical teamsAvailability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time)Share thevalues of Carel Culture Code
