Architecture & Technical LeadershipDefine the end-to-end technical architecture for ECC to S / 4HANA conversion (Brownfield / Landscape Transformation / Selective carve-out).Lead technical strategy decisions related to custom code adaptation, integrations, data migration, and system landscape design.Act as the single point of accountability for all SAP technical topics.2. S / 4HANA Conversion ActivitiesDrive Readiness Check 2.0, Simplification Item analysis, and CVI preparation.Oversee SPAU / SPDD, custom code remediation using SPAU / SPDD, ATC, SPAM, SUM.Guide Unicode and code optimization aligned with S / 4HANA standards.Support Sandbox, Development, Quality, and Production conversion cycles.3. Custom Code & DevelopmentReview and optimize custom developments (ABAP, OO ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP).Ensure compliance with S / 4HANA compatibility, clean core principles, and performance best practices.Define development standards and code governance.4. Integration & InterfacesAssess and redesign interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, OData, SOAP, APIs, PI / PO, CPI.Support migration from legacy interfaces to SAP Integration Suite (CPI) where applicable.5.
