You will act as both a functional expert and a team leader, ensuring successful project delivery while mentoring and coordinating a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory, Response, and Control Tower).Translate business requirements into system solutions and ensure alignment with best practices in Supply Chain Planning.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring quality and adherence to methodology.Coordinate a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business leads, and technical teams to ensure solution adoption and business value realization.Conduct fit-gap analyses and propose innovative solutions to complex planning challenges.Support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation, solution design, and client presentations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal SAP IBP capabilities and accelerators.Preferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseProven experience in SAP IBP implementation projects (minimum 2 full-cycle projects).Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP).Strong configuration and integration knowledge between SAP IBP, ECC/S4HANA, and CPI-DS.Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceExperience with S/4HANA embedded PP/DS or SAP APO.Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.SAP certification in IBP.Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or life sciences industries.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at IBM by 2xGet notified about new SAP Team Lead jobs in San Felice sul Panaro, Emilia-Romagna, Italy .Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy 2 weeks agoModena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy 2 weeks ago#J-*****-Ljbffr
