OverviewBID ENGINEER COORDINATOR EMEA & INDIA — based in Suisio, Italy.We are looking for a passionate Bid Engineer Coordinator for our Air Team to develop and coordinate bid engineering activities for the EMEA & India markets, with a focus on balancing customer expectations in terms of offer accuracy and response times.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage bid activities in the EMEA & India organization to meet customer needs and expectations.Manage the tasks assigned to bid engineering in coordination with the Sales Manager EMEA & India.Participate in building a One Bid strategy across the Air Sales organization and implement it within the EMEA & India organization (processes, tools, competences).Attend coordination and follow-up meetings with the Air Team and within the EMEA & India Air team.On request, attend customer presentation meetings to share company product knowledge and provide technical clarification (remotely or in real life).Collaborate on internal projects where bid engineering knowledge can support to achieve Air Cooler sales.RequirementsBachelor's degree or Master of Science in Mechanical, Chemical or Energy Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Bid Engineering activities within manufacturing or engineering companies (preferably with a track record in complex thermal design).Solid experience analyzing technical specifications within customer requests.Solid experience understanding various mechanical regulations of pressure vessels including API 661 requirements.Experience and knowledge of air cooler components is a plus.High ability to read Process Data Sheets and P&ID; technical drawing knowledge (CAD).Italian and English language proficiency.Team-oriented with sustained high energy levels, capable of integrating in the Sales Bid Engineering team and the Global Air Team.Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Flexibility in developing solutions to meet different customer demands and expectations.#J-*****-Ljbffr
