B2F Italy (Central Italy) - Sales ConsultantAt xFarm Technologies we aim to drive the digital transformation of agriculture, improving the lives of millions of farmers while boosting environmental, economic, and social sustainability.We do this by developing digital tools and consulting projects, creating a true Smart Farming ecosystem: apps, sensors, software integrations, and advanced analytics tools.Today, our products are used by over 450,000 farms in Europe and South America, covering more than 8 million hectares.Now it's time to accelerate ... and we need YOUWork area: Central Italy, ideally based in Tuscany.The role will cover Tuscany, Lazio, Marche, and Umbria.Responsibilities:Expand the market in Central Italy by acquiring new clients and implementing upselling strategies with existing customers;Develop new business opportunities within the assigned area;Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored commercial proposals;Guide and support clients throughout their digital transformation process;Ensure service quality and customer support through constant communication with other company departments;Achieve both individual and team targets.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences;At least 1 year of previous sales experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in smart farming;Goal-oriented mindset;Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);Willingness to travel nationally;Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;Motivation, passion, and enthusiasm;Valid category B driving license.What we offer:A compensation package aligned with the candidate's experience;Company prepaid card for business expenses;Company laptop.Interested candidates can send their application with authorization pursuant to Legislative Decree ********.This search complies with Legislative Decree ******** and is open to candidates of all gender identities or expressions, sexual orientations, ages, ethnicities, and religious beliefs.This job posting has been created with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.#J-*****-Ljbffr
