Mangia's Resorts, a distinguished hospitality brand of Aeroviaggi S.P.A., embodies the essence of Authentic Italian Vacanza within the upper-upscale segment.With 17 owned properties across Sicily and Sardinia—including 2 city hotels, 10 four- and five-star resorts, and 5 clubs—Mangia's offers guests immersive and memorable stays that celebrate Italian heritage, nature, and lifestyle.Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton.Job descriptionWe are seeking a Heart of House (HOH) Supervisor to join our team at the property located in Mangia's Sardinia Resort.The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing key operational and administrative functions that support the internal structure of the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand standards and daily performance goals.Responsibilities:- Manage front and back office administrative tasks- Oversee employee enrollments, hiring procedures, and payroll coordination- Supervise data collection processes and ensure accuracy- Optimize departmental structures and shift planning- Maintain and update the property logbook- Coordinate pre-arrival messaging and guest communication- Implement upselling strategies in collaboration with the Performance team- Act as Manager on Duty when required- Manage documentation related to licenses, permissions, training, and internal processes- Ensure compliance with bed bank standards and quality assurance protocols (QA Ecert)Requirements:- Proven experience in hotel operations or administrative coordination- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Familiarity with hospitality systems and internal communication tools- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage daily priorities- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach- Good knowledge of Italian and EnglishWhat we offer:- Type of contract seasonal- Accommodation available- Meals provided- Career growth opportunities within the company- Dynamic and collaborative work environment- Ongoing training and access to professional development courses
