Mangia's Resorts, a distinguished hospitality brand of Aeroviaggi S.p.A., embodies the essence of Authentic Italian Vacanza within the upper-upscale segment.With 17 owned properties across Sicily and Sardinia—including 2 city hotels, 10 four- and five-star resorts, and 5 clubs—Mangia's offers guests immersive and memorable stays that celebrate Italian heritage, nature, and lifestyle.Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton.Job descriptionWe are seeking a Heart of House (HOH) Supervisor to join our team at the property located in Mangia's Sardinia Resort.The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing key operational and administrative functions that support the internal structure of the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand standards and daily performance goals.Responsibilities:Manage front and back office administrative tasksOversee employee enrollments, hiring procedures, and payroll coordination • Supervise data collection processes and ensure accuracyOptimize departmental structures and shift planningMaintain and update the property logbookCoordinate pre-arrival messaging and guest communicationImplement upselling strategies in collaboration with the Performance teamAct as Manager on Duty when requiredManage documentation related to licenses, permissions, training, and internal processes • Ensure compliance with bed bank standards and quality assurance protocols (QA Ecert)Requirements:Proven experience in hotel operations or administrative coordination • Strong organizational and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with hospitality systems and internal communication toolsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage daily prioritiesAttention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approachGood knowledge of Italian and EnglishWhat we offer:Type of contract seasonalAccommodation availableMeals providedCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses
