Join to apply for theTender Supportrole atSTERISAt STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe.Position Summary: We are looking for a Tender Support to join our team based in Pomezia.The role actively supports and collaborates with the basic activities of the tender office.We will offer a maternity replacement fixed term contract.Duties:Scouts for Purchase requests, Tender processes, solicited and unsolicited requests from Hospitals, Clinics (public)Assist preparation of initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals.Maintains a list of qualified parties, especially as related to planned tendersCompilation of various input to create a more complete tender proposalLiaises with the concerned public institutions (hospitals, ASL, Consip, MEpa,...) on an ongoing basis with respect to Tender requirements and Tender statusCorresponds with concerned parties in conjunction with the tender process as required, ie, non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, certifications, etcAssists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation Packages comprising of Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etcAssemble and maintain internal Procurement documentation relating to the tendering process, including recording management approval relating to tendering and contracting actions.Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completionPrepares Tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requestedEducation Degree: High School Diploma or GEDRequired Experience:English knowledge at level B2Previous experience in Tender departmentPrevious experience in medical device marketAbility to analyze tender documents and identify key deliverables and deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills under tight deadlines.Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously with attention to detail.Strong communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients.Familiarity with e-procurement platforms and digital tendering tools.Ability to analyze tender documentsSTERIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are committed to equal employment opportunity and the use of affirmative action programs to ensure that persons are recruited, hired, trained, transferred and promoted in all job groups regardless of race, color, religion, age, disability, national origin, citizenship status, military or veteran status, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, and any other category protected by federal, state or local law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
