Luserna, Italy and the associated technical centerOn-site presence requiredRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to provide end to end governance for a coordinated SAP conversion across a manufacturing plant and a connected technical center in Italy.This role is responsible for overall program leadership, cross site coordination, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance while system implementation activities are executed by a global system integrator.The Program Manager acts as the primary client representative and is accountable for ensuring delivery outcomes meet business objectives in terms of scope, schedule, quality, risk, and business continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall governance and leadership for a multi-site SAP conversion programManage integrated schedules, dependencies, and milestones across all locationsServe as the client representative overseeing and governing the system integratorEnsure consistency of process design, data migration, testing, and cutover activities across sitesLead executive, operational, and steering committee meetingsValidate delivery quality, risks, readiness, and mitigation plans throughout the program lifecycleDrive structured and effective communication across technical, business, and executive stakeholdersEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, SAP standards, and internal governance requirementsOversee hypercare and stabilization activities across all locations following go-liveRequired ExperienceTen or more years of SAP program or project management experienceProven experience delivering multi-site SAP implementations or rollouts within manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated governance experience managing global system integratorsDeep understanding of SAP materials management and manufacturing-related processesExperience coordinating manufacturing plants and engineering or technical organizationsFluent in both English and ItalianAbility and willingness to work on-site in ItalyIdeal Candidate ProfileHighly organized and structured program leaderStrong communicator across executive, business, and technical teamsComfortable managing complexity, interdependencies, and competing prioritiesDecisive, independent, and confident in governing third-party delivery partners#J-*****-Ljbffr
