Join to apply for the Conversion Manager role at SnaitechWe are hiringSiamo Snaitech, uno dei principali operatori di gioco legale in Italia.Abbiamo sedi in Italia e all'estero.Nel nostro Gruppo rientrano diverse realtà, tra cui Epiqa, società multimediale, Snai Rete Italia e Giobet, focalizzate sulla raccolta del gioco pubblico e legale in Italia.As Conversion Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy to convert prospects into active players across digital touchpoints.You will manage the performance and continuous improvement of the registration process, define welcome offer mechanics, and coordinate onboarding campaigns to encourage account completion and compliance.Your role will ensure strategic alignment across touchpoints to boost acquisition efficiency.What You'll DoLead the Strategy to convert digital and retail prospects into active playersCoordinate and improve all aspects of the entire registration process, including onboarding to boost conversion rates.Define and lead all aspects of welcome offer mechanics, monitor performance, return on investment, and regulatory alignment.Coordinate onboarding journeys and multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) to drive first deposit and KYC completion.Track important metrics throughout the conversion process, suggesting improvements guided by data analysis.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless and compliant user journeys.What You'll BringYou have solid experience in CRM, digital marketing, or conversion strategy, ideally in regulated or high-complexity industries.You possess strong analytical capabilities and are confident using data to evaluate funnel performance and optimize user activation.You have experience in planning and implementing multi-channel onboarding campaigns and acquisition journeys.You have excellent project management and coordination skills, working effectively with product, tech, and compliance teams.You're a confident communicator in both Italian and English, able to align cross-functional collaborators.You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can balance structure with adaptability.You are proficient in both Italian and English.You are willing to travel if required for business needs.Cosa ti offriamoUn ambiente dinamico ed internazionaleUn ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e la possibilità di partecipare a tutte le nostre iniziative focalizzate su Diversità e Inclusione.Unisciti a noi e facciamo la differenza insiemeSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesEntertainment ProvidersReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Snaitech by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
