Job Description T-Key Work Experience cerca per società cliente del settore Facility un/una HR Generalist motivato/a e competente.La risorsa si occuperà di supportare e gestire a 360° le attività del reparto Risorse Umane, contribuendo allo sviluppo organizzativo e al benessere delle persone in azienda.Responsabilità Gestione dell'intero ciclo di vita del dipendente (onboarding, offboarding, variazioni contrattuali, infortuni e malattie).Gestione dei cartellini ore Supporto nei processi di selezione: pubblicazione annunci, screening CV, colloqui.Amministrazione del personale: presenze, contratti, documentazione, comunicazioni obbligatorie.Gestione delle relazioni interne e attività di employee engagement.Supporto nei processi di valutazione e sviluppo delle risorse umane.Gestione formazione: organizzazione corsi, registri presenze, rapporti con enti formativi.Aggiornamento KPI e reportistica HR. Supporto nell'implementazione di procedure HR e nel miglioramento continuo dei processi.Relazioni con consulenti legali e consulenti del lavoro Offriamo: RAL commisurata all'esperienza + ticket.Contratto a tempo indeterminato Sede di Lavoro: Milano Modalità di svolgimento:in sede (no smart) Requisiti Laurea in discipline umanistiche, psicologia, economia o affini.Esperienza di almeno 1-3 anni in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati o agenzie per il lavoro.Buona conoscenza di normativa del lavoro e adempimenti amministrativi.Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e organizzative.Precisione, riservatezza e problem solving.Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office e dei principali gestionali HR. Requirements Laurea in discipline umanistiche, psicologia, economia o affini.Esperienza di almeno 1-3 anni in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati o agenzie per il lavoro.Buona conoscenza di normativa del lavoro e adempimenti amministrativi.Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e organizzative.Precisione, riservatezza e problem solving.Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office e dei principali gestionali HR.
