One Works è alla ricerca di un Architetto-Ingegnere di talento da inserire nell'Ufficio Tecnico del nostro team di Direzione Lavori a Milano.Responsabilità:- Supporto alla supervisione, gestione e redazione di elaborati tecnico-specialistici;- Coordinamento interdisciplinare;- Gestione delle tempistiche, costi e risorse;- Capacità di garantire la qualità degli elaborati redatti;- Collaborazione tra i diversi team di lavoro per garantire il rispetto dei piani di produzione;- Monitoraggio continuo e reportistica sullo stato di avanzamento delle attività dell'Ufficio Tecnico.- Laurea in Ingegneria Civile/Strutturale, Architettura o equivalente;- 5+ anni di esperienza;- P.IVA;- Iscrizione all'Albo Professionale;- La padronanza dei software Revit e Autocad è obbligatoria;- Conoscenza e utilizzo di software di progettazione o pianificazione (es. MS Project, Primavera) è considerato un plus;- Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia;- Capacità di lavorare in team internazionali e multidisciplinari.- Conoscenza della lingua inglese.#J-*****-Ljbffr
