Moller - Maersk .Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics and has been an industry pioneer for over a century.We focus on innovation, transformation, sustainability, efficiency, and excellence.We value diversity, collaboration, and continuous learning, and strive to reflect and understand the customers we serve.We have over 100,000 employees across 130 countries and work together to shape the future of global trade and logistics.We offer a full-time role with flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work up to 60%, adjusted working hours, and other alternative patterns.Maersk is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Contract Logistics Integrated Sales Solution Manager - Central South Europe .This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving positive financial results for logistics and integrated solutions.Your role Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and evolution of the end-to-end value proposition per segment/vertical based on identified customer needs and insights from marketing and experience, resulting in market-differentiated customer solutions.Supply Chain Oversight: oversee end-to-end supply chain processes and solutions to ensure efficient movement of client goods.Logistics Contract Management: coordinate and promote logistics contracts management, ensuring compliance with terms and optimizing operations to meet customer needs.Consultative Role: act as a consultant to customers, helping them understand pain points and comparing with Maersk's capabilities to propose the best solutions, and supporting the sales force to promote and win solutions.Project Management: demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of integrated solutions.Lead and maintain engagement in the commercial team to sell and lead pursuits, asking critical questions that improve solution development and win probability.Act as an escalation point to remove barriers and align across stakeholders to ensure process standardization for sales and to enhance the overall solution and win rate.This Role Will SupportCustomer Calls/Visits: engage directly with customers to understand needs and present solutions.Supply Chain Mapping: analyze and map the customer's supply chain to identify opportunities for improvement and solution proposals.Opportunity Pursuit: coordinate pursuit of opportunities across multiple products and stakeholders from Identify to Closed-Won.Sales Process Navigation: navigate the sales processes.End-to-End Solution Design: manage the design of end-to-end solutions and build value propositions that support the long-term business strategy.Presenting Offers: present offers to customers in a compelling and professional manner.Support Sales Representatives: act as a technical expert with commercial skills, assisting sales reps in understanding customer pain points and aligning with Maersk's capabilities.Internal Stakeholder Management: manage complex solutions by gathering information from different products and creating the final offer for customers; strong PowerPoint skills are essential.Key Requirements Fluency in Italian and EnglishStrong understanding of contract logistics, supply chain solutions, and the freight forwarding business modelGood negotiator with commercial mindset, procurement awareness, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationshipsAbility to handle multiple vertical and horizontal stakeholders with multicultural backgrounds; prior international experience is a plusLocation : The position can be based in Milan or Genoa, Italy.Scope is Central South Europe with main focus on Italy and Greece.No relocation or visa support available.We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and are an equal opportunities employer.We welcome applicants regardless of race, color, gender, age, religion, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in compliance with legal requirements.If you need adjustments during the application or hiring process, please contactSeniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type Full-timeJob function Information TechnologyIndustries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage#J-*****-Ljbffr
