e-work SpA, sede di Roma, ricerca per struttura alberghiera con ristorante interno una figura di SOUS CHEF La risorsa sarà inserita presso una struttura alberghiera situata a Roma, in zona EUR, specializzata nell'ospitalità congressuale e dotata di ristorante interno.Il contesto di lavoro è organizzato, con una cucina di dimensioni contenute e una brigata ridotta, che consente un rapporto diretto e collaborativo tra i membri dello staff.L'attività ristorativa è focalizzata su cucina romana e italiana, con proposte classiche e curate, oltre alla gestione di banchetti ed eventi.La risorsa affiancherà lo Chef nella gestione operativa della cucina e contribuirà attivamente alla preparazione delle linee di servizio.In particolare: supporto allo Chef nella gestione quotidiana della cucina preparazione dei piatti della cucina romana e italiana coordinamento operativo della brigata durante il servizio gestione delle preparazioni per il servizio ristorante e per i banchetti controllo della qualità delle materie prime e delle lavorazioni rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie e delle procedure interne collaborazione alla crescita e all'organizzazione della cucina Requisiti richiesti età indicativamente non superiore ai 30 anni ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana esperienza pregressa in cucina, preferibilmente come capo partita forte motivazione alla crescita professionale nel ruolo di sous chef capacità di lavorare in una brigata ridotta e in modo collaborativo passione per la cucina romana e italiana affidabilità, flessibilità e spirito di iniziativa Sede di lavoro: Roma zona EUR Orario: full-time Contratto: tempo determinato CCNL: Turismo / Alberghi Livello di inserimento: livello di partenza commisurato all'esperienza.#ework L'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta all'uno e all'altro sesso in ottemperanza al D.Lgs.********.I candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy ai sensi del GDPR - Regolamento UE ******** - all'indirizzo web: Settore: Hotel/Turismo Ruolo: Ristorazione/Hotellerie Tipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo determinato
