Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based inFlorence, is currently recruiting for aHR ONBOARDING TRAINEEto join the Human Resources team and help to provide a seamless and welcoming experience for the new hires.This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of Human Resources (HR) and make a direct impact on the company's growth by supporting the most valuable asset: People.MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs an HR Onboarding Trainee, you will be instrumental in supporting our new hire onboarding process. Your duties will include:Communication: Act as a point of contact for new hires during their pre-onboarding phase, answering questions and ensuring they are prepared for their first day.Support: Assist in managing the new hire onboarding tracker, making sure all necessary steps are completed on time.New Hire Setup: Collaborate with various departments, including IT and local HR, to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment, system access, and accounts ready for day one.Orientation Support: Aid in scheduling new hire orientation meetings and other relevant training sessions.Record Keeping: Help add new hires to HR internal tools.Process Improvement: Offer suggestions for improving the onboarding experience and administrative processes.General Onboarding Support: Assist with various onboarding related tasks and provide entry-level support for general HR inquiries.JOB REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have:Strong people-oriented skills: You have a genuine desire to help others and create a positive experience. You are a natural at building rapport, listening attentively, and communicating effectively with a variety of individuals, from new hires to senior leaders.Administrative skills: You are at ease at organization and process management.Attention to detail: You have a sharp eye and are committed to accuracy, especially when handling important documents.Communication: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with people at all levels.Customer service focus: You understand the importance of creating a positive and supportive experience for others.Degree & Language skills: A degree in Humanities or Economics is preferred;Fluency in English is required.
