A leading luxury brand, specialized in the creation and production of perfumes, is looking for a Logistics Expertto join our team.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage shipmentsPrepare and print documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, waybillsEnter customer orders into the management systemCoordinate shipments to / from suppliersPerform data entry and maintain export / import recordsConduct inventory checks of warehouse materialsMonitor and unblock export / import shipmentsTrack shipment progressLiaise with airlines and road transport companies to ensure timely collection and deliveryHandle dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulationsSupport the E-commerce team using the internal management system (transport documents, invoice creation, etc.)RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration)Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/shippingExperience and knowledge of handling dangerous goodsIATA and ADR certification are mandatoryDynamic personality with high stress resilienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Excellent English skillsFamiliarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) is a plusAccuracy, flexibility, strong analytical and communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceMeal vouchersFull-time permanent contractProfessional and international working environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
