Sustainability Monitoring and Reporting ManagerRemotoEUR ***************Join to apply for theSustainability Monitoring and Reporting Managerrole atBolton.Type: Permanent, Full-timeWe are looking for aSustainability Monitoring and Reporting Managerto join our Group Sustainable Development Team based in Milan.How you make the differenceBolton recognizes the importance of transparency in sustainability monitoring and reporting.TheMonitoring and Reporting Managerwill be crucial in advancing our sustainability roadmaps and decision-making processes by ensuring quality data and detailed information.This role will lead our sustainability reporting efforts, focusing on CSRD, EU Taxonomy, UN Global Compact COP, and ISSB standards.Responsibilities include identifying data gaps, benchmarking, improving data collection, developing digital tools, delivering training, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Your main responsibilities includeLeading analyses to identify gaps in current sustainability data practices.Developing and implementing plans to enhance sustainability reporting and ESG data monitoring.Overseeing data collection, validation, and analysis for both annual disclosures and daily sustainability management.Providing training and leading Business Units and Central Functions in reporting processes and performance monitoring.Ensuring compliance with ESRS, ISSB, and EU Taxonomy requirements in collaboration with the F&A Department.Monitoring evolving regulations, standards, and best practices to adapt internal processes and digital tools with the IT Department.Team StructureYou will report directly to theGroup Sustainable Development Directorand manage a Sustainable Development Controller with a dedicated budget.Ideal Candidate ProfileDegree in Economics, Finance, Sustainability, or related fields; advanced certifications are a plus.At least 3 years of experience in sustainability monitoring and reporting, preferably in large corporations or consultancy agencies, with strong knowledge of CSRD and EU Taxonomy.Deep understanding of sustainability reporting, data management tools (Power BI, SAP, Tagetik), and auditing processes.Knowledge of Double Materiality, ERM, and people management skills.Professional proficiency in English; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, French, German) are advantageous.What We OfferContract: Permanent, Full-timeRemote work options during standard business hoursAbout BoltonBolton is an Italian family-owned FMCG company with over 75 years of history, 10,500 employees, and a global presence.We offer a diverse portfolio of over 60 brands and are committed to enriching lives worldwide.#J-*****-Ljbffr
