Durr Systems Italy S.p.A., a proud member of the multinational Dürr Group, is a global leader in providing cutting-edge automotive assembly systems.We deliver highly innovative products and services that span every critical stage of vehicle production.At Dürr Group, we foster a culture of continuous innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.Our employees are empowered to grow professionally and contribute to cutting-edge automotive manufacturing solutions worldwide.We are currently seeking a talented Mechatronic Senior Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Team in Beinasco.In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and advancing our mechatronic systems and automated equipment, as well as driving the development of new features for our state-of-the-art AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) familyYOUR TASKSAnalyze market trends and customer requirements (PRM) to inform and shape future R&D strategies and projectsDrive continuous improvement initiatives such as PCD (Product Cost Down) and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) to reduce costs and increase operational efficiencyLead and manage the development and implementation of new features for our AGV product familyMaintain and enhance mechatronic systems and automated equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityCollaborate effectively with global R&D teams across different entitiesProviding technical support and support mechatronics-related tasks in customer projects on a global scale as requiredGOALSContribute to sustaining our position as a market leader by supporting an innovative product portfolio and maintaining cost leadershipEnhance the integration of mechanical and electrical systems on equipment to optimize performance and reliabilityCollaborate with and support fellow engineers to ensure successful project completionConsolidate and update technical standards, along with essential software and hardware tools, to drive improvements in efficiency and qualityYOUR QUALIFICATIONDegree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar roleExcellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Italian and / or German language skills is a plusStrong skills in PLC programming, preferably Siemens TIA and Allen-Bradley RSLogix****Programming knowledge in Java, C#, or Python is an advantageProficient in mechanical and electrical CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, and ePlan.Experience with motion control technologyFamiliarity with AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) technologies is highly desirableBackground in robotics and automation systemsWell-versed in industry resources, including key suppliers, customer acceptance processes, and competitor practicesWillingness to travel up to 20% annuallyStrong soft skills including teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, decision-making, and organizational abilitiesContract: Full-Time / Permanent contract with the companyThe search is open to candidates of both sexes (Law ******).Please read the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) ******** on data protection (GDPR)#J-*****-Ljbffr
