In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and advancing our mechatronic systems and automated equipment, as well as driving the development of new features for our state-of-the-art AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) family YOUR TASKS Analyze market trends and customer requirements (PRM) to inform and shape future R&D strategies and projects Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as PCD (Product Cost Down) and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency Lead and manage the development and implementation of new features for our AGV product family Maintain and enhance mechatronic systems and automated equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability Collaborate effectively with global R&D teams across different entities Providing technical support and support mechatronics-related tasks in customer projects on a global scale as required GOALS Contribute to sustaining our position as a market leader by supporting an innovative product portfolio and maintaining cost leadership Enhance the integration of mechanical and electrical systems on equipment to optimize performance and reliability Collaborate with and support fellow engineers to ensure successful project completion Consolidate and update technical standards, along with essential software and hardware tools, to drive improvements in efficiency and quality YOUR QUALIFICATION Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
