Attività principali:Assistenza on-site:supporto tecnico immediato agli utenti, gestione di problemi hardware/software/rete, setup delle attrezzature e manutenzione/routine update dei dispositivi. Incident management:registrazione e documentazione degli incidenti, diagnosi e troubleshooting, prioritizzazione, collaborazione con i team IT e garanzia di rispetto SLA. Formazione utenti:supporto e training agli utenti su sistemi e applicazioni aziendali, creazione e aggiornamento di documentazione e manuali utente.
Asset management e inventario:tracciamento e gestione degli asset IT, aggiornamento dell'inventario, gestione ordini, ricezione e smaltimento delle attrezzature. Comunicazione e collaborazione:coordinamento con i team IT globali e comunicazione costante con gli utenti fornendo update sullo stato e avanzamento delle attività di risoluzione incident. Competenze richieste:Ottime capacità di Problem Solving e Priority Management.
