OverviewSr Customer Solutions Manager, Enterprise, AWS Canada.As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sr.Customer Solutions Manager you will accelerate customers cloud and AI transformation journeys.You will partner with customers to design and execute strategic migrations to the AWS cloud, accelerate innovation adoption of the latest AI technologies, and build modern, cloud native solutions that fulfil their highest ambitions.You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between core account groups, product / engineering teams, and customer teams, and translate strategic initiatives into executable actions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide input on pre- and post-sales approaches to impact customer adoption and commitments, as well as closing opportunities.Deliver complex technical projects and migration and AI initiatives that have a significant, timely impact on customer outcomes (e.g., cost reductions, accelerated launches, improved efficiencies).Conduct deep discovery to design efficient adoption plans, identify acceleration gaps, and solve complex customer business problems.Implement and define effective people change management approaches to drive successful cloud journeys.Work cross-functionally with AWS service teams to address critical customer requirements.Proactively mitigate adoption risks and track realization of customer business cases.Share best practices and thought leadership in public forums to advance the cloud ecosystem.Basic Qualifications7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.5+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.Preferred QualificationsPMP certification, or SCRUM / Agile, SAFe certification.Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.Equal Opportunity StatementAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If the country / region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.#J-*****-Ljbffr
