About UsAt Alomana, we're building frontier intelligence for global organizations to handle complex, real-world workflows across finance, enterprise operations, and beyond.We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Finance Specialist to help keep the company running smoothly day to day, from invoices and expense notes to operational coordination, HR processes, and internal workflows, while working closely with the founder and external advisors.You will be a key partner to leadership, ensuring smooth operations across all business functions.This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a remote-first mindset.What you'll do:Accounting & Finance OperationsIssue and track customer invoicesCollect, organize, and validate expense notesSupport monthly accounting close with external accountantsKeep accounting documentation clean, complete, and audit-readyTrack payments, deadlines, and basic cash flow itemsOperational SupportMaintain internal operational documents and recordsSupport contract administration (filing, tracking, renewals)Coordinate with vendors, advisors, and service providersHelp improve internal processes and workflows as we scaleFounder SupportBe a trusted operational point of contactAnticipate issues before they become problemsBring structure and clarity to day-to-day operationsWhat we're looking for:Experience in operations, accounting support, or back-office rolesComfortable with invoices, expenses, and financial documentationHighly organized, precise, and dependableProactive mindsetConfident working with founders and external professionalsFluent in Italian; good English is aplusNice to haveStartup or scale-up experienceFamiliarity with accounting tools, ERPs, or Excel/SheetsExperience working with external accountants or payroll providersWhy Join UsWork directly with the founderReal ownership and trust from day oneFlexible setup (hybrid / remote)Fast-growing, well-funded environment
