ICS Milan - Viale Ortles, 46, Milan ICS Milan is looking for a People & Culture Specialist responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources at our school.Reporting directly to Head of School and the People & Culture Manager Italy, the profile will be responsible of the day by day relations with all staff, payroll administration, contracts, onboarding, training programs, policies, welfare and administrative activities of the department.The People & Culture Specialist at ICS Milan acts as a trusted point of reference for all staff with empathy and discretion.The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communications skills and will build trust across teams.English language proficiency and exceptional use of Excel and ad hoc software.Prior experience in an international and multicultural context will be considered a plus.Immediate start , full-time.Main ResponsibilitySupport new staff during relocation and on-boarding processes;Manage the immigration procedures of new staff coming from abroad;Compile key operational payroll metrics & dashboards and follow the whole payroll process for timely and reliable processing;Utilize Zucchetti Infinity Suite to manage staff presence and absences;Manage the GDPR documentation and make sure of policy compliance;Manage compulsory health and safety activities and training for all staff;Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters, maintaining positive workplace morale and managing conflict resolution when necessaryCoordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience;Prepare periodic reports;Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. School Managers, School Principals) for any specific needs;Collaborate with the P&C Talent Business Partner Italy to finalize the contractualization of new employees and provide onboarding to all staff;Liaise with the P&C Policy Officer Italy regarding, policy, training and provision of courses to the staff;Assist P&C Manager and Head of School in day by day activities related to personnel.RequirementsProven past experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in an international and multicultural environment and / or similar field;Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field preferred;Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel;Knowledge of Zucchetti Infinity a plus;Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory;Proactive attitude and work ethics;Strong organizational and problem solving skills;High confidentiality, flexibility, dependability;Understanding of payroll processes;Feel aligned with our values : Be Excellent, Be Supportive, Be a Pioneer, Be Global.Safeguarding StatementICS Milan is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.We particularly welcome applications from under represented groups including ethnicity, gender, transgender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion.Successful applications will be subject to child protection screening, including robust vetting procedures, checks with past employers, and relevant safeguarding assessments.#J-*****-Ljbffr
