Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports and banquet event orders.Update Hotel software for the Commercial department, creating and updating bookings of events and preparing Banquet Event Orders.?? Operate a variety of electronic and manual office resources, including but not limited to laser printers, multi-function copy machines, fax machines, paging system, a bindery machine.? Support the team with site inspections preparation and execution.What you bringService passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English.
