Ready to drive success in a global automation leader?About The RoleWe're looking for a Product Manager to join our Handheld Scanning Business Unit. In this hybrid role, you'll lead one or more product lines, owning strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market plans.You'll work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and customers to ensure our solutions deliver real market value.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive product and marketing strategy across assigned linesCreate marketing materials and sales toolsTrain global sales teams and support key accountsDefine product specs in collaboration with R&DAnalyze customer needs and market trendsDevelop pricing, business cases, and profitability plansManage key third-party and partner relationshipsSupport planning and lifecycle managementWhat We're Looking ForDegree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar (Master's a plus)2–5 years in Product Management or Marketing rolesFluent in English and ItalianStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience working cross-functionally and customer-facingComfortable translating technical info for different audiencesWillingness to travelNice to HaveExperience in R&D or Program ManagementKnowledge of retail tech or AIDC productsFamiliarity with SAP ERP, IBM Jazz, or similar toolsWhy Datalogic?We're a global leader in data capture and automation with 2,800+ employees and 1,200+ patents.
