Do you want to build a better future?About Enfinity GlobalEnfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of over 250 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job Description:Enfinity Global is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with a team player approach and extensive knowledge of constructions and projects of PV plants in Italy.The Manager will be responsible for supporting active projects in Italy in construction, and the following commissioning activities.Responsibility/Duties:Coordination and management of the construction projects from conception to completion.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to review plans and specifications.Manage contract negotiations and other agreements with EPC and O&M.Hire, supervise, and motivate subcontractors and construction crews.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.Secure permits and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.Monitor projects progress and identify and address any potential issues proactively.Manage project budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocolsCoordinate an internal Site Managers team.Coordinate external services providers, e.g., owner engineering, environmental advisers, health & safety supervision services, etc.Handle and provide all close-out documentation to Asset Management team at completion of the projects.Key Requirements:Engineering degree (preferable).Solid knowledge and understanding of the solar PV industry.In depth experience in PV Construction & Management, either in EPC and/or Owner perspectives.Team player, high level of organization, time management and autonomy.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and business relationships.Strong written and oral communication skills.Good level of English, oral and written, Italian and Spanish is a plus.Domain of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project and CAD.Available to travel and stays in project sites in various locations when required.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Let's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.Private Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusCompany CarTicket Restaurants
