Tender and Proposal Manager – PininfarinaPininfarina is a leading global design company, founded in **** in Turin, Italy, with offices in Munich, Miami, and Shanghai.Pininfarina's design legacy is reflected in its lines, beauty, elegance, and its ability to bring an aesthetic concept to life.Since ****, Pininfarina has expanded its well-established design expertise beyond the automotive sector – its core business – by defining its own direction and a clear identity in the fields of Architecture and Interior Design, Product Design, and Transportation Design.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Tender and Proposal Manager to be included in our Business Development team.The selected candidate will play a role in supporting the business development team, identifying and managing tender and competition opportunities aligned with the firm's market positioning strategy.The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.RESPONSIBILITIESStrong understanding of public procurement regulations (i.e. D.lgs. n. *******) and private bidding proceduresManaging and preparing administrative documentation related with public tender and legal obligation (i.e. ANAC, FVOE, DGUE,...)Researching and analyzing public tenders, invitations, and competitions in line with Pininfarina's strategic objectivesAssessing the technical and economic feasibility of participating in a given tender or competitionCompleting pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ / PQQ) and ensuring eligibility requirements are metCollecting and verifying all documentation required by tender procedures, including coordination with other economic operators (partners or consultants) involved in the bidDrafting tender documentation in close coordination with the Head of Sales and/or relevant design managerMonitoring deadlines and ensuring full compliance with the schedule set by the tendering authoritySubmitting complete proposal documentation according to the formats and timelines defined by the tender processContributing to the development and maintenance of an internal archive of tender and prequalification documentsREQUIREMENTSDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Economics, or related fields3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within architectural or engineering firms, or companies managing complex bidsProven ability to manage the full tender process, from opportunity analysis to submissionStrong understanding of public procurement regulations and private bidding proceduresHigh attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with tender platforms, document management tools and planning software (such as MS Project) is an advantageEnglish fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)A strong inclination towards digitalization and proficiency with data and workflow tools is highly valuedSKILLSExcellent time management and prioritization abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProactive attitude and team-oriented approachProblem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressureReliability and a high degree of autonomy in managing tasks and workflowsOnly applications that meet the above requirements will be considered.EEO STATEMENTThis job posting is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Laws No. ****** and ******, as well as to all ages and nationalities, pursuant to Legislative Decrees No. ****** and ******.Please send a detailed CV, specifying authorization for the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree ****** and subsequent amendments.JOB DETAILSSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: Design Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
