CONTRACTS ANALYSTFor a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a role that involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.ResponsibilitiesManaging the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reportingUsing tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboardsMonitoring accountsAnalyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing, and finance teamsParticipating in process improvement projectsManaging contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotesCollaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systemsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in a business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management programExperience in Salesforce preferred, but not requiredExperience in ExcelStrong background in a multi-disciplined environment with the need for high flexibilityAbility to partner with key stakeholders in driving goalsAbility to efficiently and effectively handle multiple shifting prioritiesAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with excellent time-management skills and a strong attention to detailThe search is open to both male and female candidates (L.******).Please read the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) ******** on data protection (GDPR) athttps:/// .#J-*****-Ljbffr
