For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products, we are looking for a CONTRACTS ANALYST.The role involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.ResponsibilitiesManaging the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting.Using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards.Monitoring accounts.Analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing, and finance teams.Participating in process improvement projects.Managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes.Collaboration with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required.2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program.Experience in Salesforce preferred, but not required.Experience in Excel.Strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility.Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals.Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAdministrativeIndustriesPharmaceutical ManufacturingThe search is open to both male and female candidates (L.******).Please read the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) ******** on data protection (GDPR) at /.#J-*****-Ljbffr
