The Best Rentè una società specializzata nella gestione di appartamenti per affitti a breve (1–30 giorni) e medio periodo (1–12 mesi) a Milano e Roma.Attiva da oltre 10 anni, l'azienda è strutturata in diversi reparti (hospitality, sales, marketing, operations, legal e amministrazione) e gestisce internamente l'intero ciclo di vita degli appartamenti: dalla commercializzazione sui canali online e offline alla gestione operativa quotidiana, che include accoglienza ospiti, housekeeping e manutenzione.Il ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di un/unaField Agentda inserire nel teamGuest Operationsdi Roma.Si tratta di un ruolo che unisce:lavoro operativosul campo ,contatto diretto con gli ospiti,controllo qualità degli appartamenti.Cerchiamo una persona che trascorragran parte della giornata sul territorio , spostandosi tra gli appartamenti, ma che sappia ancheaccogliere clienti internazionali , comunicare in inglese e rappresentare l'azienda con professionalità.Il Field Agent è una figuracentraleper la qualità dell'esperienza degli ospiti e per il corretto funzionamento operativo degli appartamenti.Attività principaliLa risorsa si occuperà di:Accoglienza degli ospiti e supporto operativo, anche in lingua ingleseControllo accurato degli appartamenti prima e dopo i soggiorniVerifica di ordine, pulizia, funzionalità e rispetto degli standard qualitativiInterventi operativi diretti e segnalazione tempestiva di eventuali criticitàSupporto quotidiano alle attività di guest operations sul territorioLacura dell'appartamento , l'attenzione ai dettagli e la capacità di prevenire i problemi sono aspetti fondamentali del ruolo.RequisitiResidenza a RomaDisponibilità a lavorareprevalentemente sul campo , spostandosi tra più appartamenti durante la giornataPatente A1 obbligatoriaper la guida di scooter 125 ccBuona conoscenza dellalingua inglese parlataDisponibilità a lavorare suturni , inclusi weekend e festiviBuone capacità relazionali e organizzativeCaratteristiche personaliAffidabilità e forte senso di responsabilitàCapacità di lavorare in autonomia sul campoElevata attenzione ai dettagli e spirito di osservazioneAttitudine al contatto con il clienteBuona gestione dello stress e degli imprevistiApproccio pratico e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemiCapacità di lavorare in teamPossibilità di crescitaQuesto ruolo può rappresentareun punto di partenzaper un percorso di crescita verso posizioni di maggiore responsabilità, comeProperty Manager , per persone che dimostrano nel tempo autonomia, affidabilità e capacità organizzativa.Cosa offriamoInserimento in un'azienda solida e strutturataRuolo operativo, dinamico e non ripetitivoContesto professionale orientato alla qualità e alla crescita internaRemunerazione competitiva, in linea con la responsabilità e la complessità del ruoloDotazioni:Scooter 125 cc ad uso promiscuoCellulare aziendaleBenefit:Ticket restaurant
